I love helping people of any age learn new skills and have fun, while building confidence and a strong foundation. I view each person I coach as having their own unique strengths and needs, so I love finding the best way to help each person make sense of a new skill. Super grateful that AGC supports adult gymnastics, too! Age doesn't matter - Come play :)
